Drabble #37: The Surprise!

The laboratory shook from a tremendous impact, loose devices shaking off
the table and plaster falling from the ceiling. A klaxon sounded, and
Drabble Girl and Doctor Stomper could hear screams of panic from nearby.

"Alert! Alert!" Browsing Boy yelled over the speaker system. "The LNH HQ
is under attack by the Wordinator! Several subbasements have been
destroyed and the HQ is in danger of collapsing. Alert! Alert! Calling
all hands!"

Drabble Girl reached for the suit release. "I'll go help."

"No," Doctor Stomper stopped her. "That's what the Wordinator wants."
